I am in my early 40s, working as a UX product designer and app coder, and I am looking for a considerate flatmate (any gender) who is either employed, on college or doing a PhD/academic equivalent.

Someone who appreciates privacy, keeps guests to a minimum, and likes an respectful living environment.
