However, the exact scope of the furniture and terrace takeover is flexible and can be discussed during the viewing.
An underground parking space may also be available through Regimo for approximately CHF 250–300 per month (subject to availability). We do not currently rent a parking space ourselves, but interested tenants can inquire directly with the property management.
