Nice room rent in shared colocation

In lovely historical building recently redone, located in city center Lausanne (Place Belair), very nice room for rent by owner in artist's and musician's apartment, near shops, social and artistic activities, bus lines, underground.

The renter - a preference for long term, mature female professional, or student as co-locataire.

A word about the apartment -
This is what we call our "city" secondary residence.
I am a painter and have a room as an art studio. My husband is a musician and uses a room for practice and giving piano and guitar lessons, and which also doubles as our bedroom.
We are both retired - but not really, as we are very active in our professions!
