WG Zimmer in Schlieren

So, we've got two rooms opening up in our three-person shared apartment in Schlieren, Zürich, starting December 1st.One room is about 12 square meters, and the other is around 9 square meters. For both rooms, the rent is 770 CHF per month, plus about 27 CHF for other expenses like SERAFE and Wi-Fi. The security deposit is 1727 CHF.
Erik, 22 and a chem-ing student at ETH, will be the only one staying in the apartment.Here's an important thing: one person leaving has been acting as the guarantor. So, the new person moving in needs to be able to take over that guarantee. It's mostly a formality, but it has to be done.
